We were out sailing for three days over the weekend and passed an old gray-haired guy out swimming in the Reach just before the Deer Isle Bridge. He looked like he was having a blast–no wet suit, just trunks. All it takes is that first plunge, Don……………..salt water is the great healer–so my mother always taught me. 😉
